With over 15 years of experience working with top German affiliate in the wheel industry, ARTFORGED has grasp and acquire the real fundamental of wheel designing and manufacturing process.

With this we put our knowledge into tailored made Monoblock Forged Wheel. Designs are precisely done by our in-house engineers following the E.T.R.T.O wheel profile manual regulated by TUV Germany and VIA JWL Japan.

We aim and aspire to bring your desired design into reality and take extra effort to make the appearance much more appealing than it originally was. Taking every lines, radius, thickness, curves into account and yet still applying the standards and wheel load with TUV physical test values in mind.

The process begins with TUV and VIA authorized AI-6061-T6 Aerospace Grade Aluminum. Precisely milled and drilled by CNC Lathes programming to sculpt and remove excess material mass. Every design is gage by Finite Element Method with bending moment test as priority set at the wheel load that applies to every individual vehicle.
